Annual Fund Campaign

Greenwood relies on its alumni and friends, on an annual basis, to help keep Greenwood running. Like many other institutions, our tuition income only accounts for about 75% of our total annual operating expenses, including scholarships. Your contribution to the annual fund is essential to the running of the camp and the continuation of our needs blind admission policy.

Greenwood Forever

We are pleased to announce the successful conclusion of the Greenwood Forever Campaign!  The summer of 2011 began with a celebration of this achievement at the reunion, with the help of the Juilliard and Chiara Quartets’ thrilling rendition of the Mendelssohn Octet, and Glenn’s first masterpieces from what is now called “Glenn’s Corner”.  The summer sessions of 2012 proved that The New Kitchen and Eating Porch are wonderful and much needed improvements to the Greenwood experience.  We are using funds to renovate the old kitchen, repair the Old Barn, and are making plans for new faculty housing.

In addition, our commitment to “need blind” acceptance will remain strong thanks to the scholarship component of the campaign.
